How It All Started

ERIN INDUSTRIES, INC. was founded by Mr. Robert Robertson and Mr. T. Earl Atwell in 1975 in Farmington, MI and moved to their current location in 1977. Five additions or new buildings later and we have our current manufacturing floor space. Both Bob and Earl retired and sold their ownership to their sons, Steve Atwell and Bruce Robertson who ran as partners for more than 20 years before Bruce retired in 2014.

Expertise Area

The current owner Steve Atwell, represents more than 45 years of experience in the field of tool and die and mechanical engineering. With his experience, and the experience of qualified Managers and Engineers, although not product design responsible, are able to assist in engineering and design. He helps make the impossible, possible.

The current Plant Manager is Steven Atwell, Jr. and he represents the third generation of Atwell’s to run Operations at Erin Industries.

The Atwell’s have a long history in the automotive industry with restoring, driving, and racing their classic car collection.

The focus of ERIN INDUSTRIES, INC. is to grow our business through building a reputation of being a choice high quality tube fabricator with the quickest turn around time while fulfilling our customer’s needs. We pursue this through our commitment to ISO 9001 and the continual improvement of the effectiveness of the Quality Management System (QMS), and also by concentrating our resources on efficiency in our operations, attention to detail, responsiveness to customer priorities, and product quality.
