Cutting and Trimming

Sometimes we can cut your parts to exact length before processing, other times we need to add an additional trim after processing. This is determined by the design of the part and the limitations of equipment and/or physics.

Cutting before processing:

-High speed saw                         -Bundle loaded band saw                             -Tube laser

Cutting after processing:

-Cold saw                                       -Horizontal/Vertical band saw
